Little paper Hermès purse
For those of us who don't want to spend our life's savings on a real Hermès bag, there's a customizable, downloadable paper model on their site. (Find the picture there that looks like the one above and click it.) I guess this little bag could sit on your desk and hold a jellybean or something. Thanks, Tsh.
P.S. If you poke around the Hermès wonderland some more, you can find lots of nifty animations, games, and videos.

or use as a gift bag for bridesmaid gifts.. :-)
I ran out of time to make them bags..
Thank you!
I have been lurking at your site for months now. I just love it. The Hermes purses just sent me over the edge and I had to comment. I wish you were my neighbor, because I think you are so creative. Then, maybe your creativity could spill over to my house. Love the blog......Thank you for brightening my days with fun. Jennifer :)
The Hermes site is fascinating! Thanks for sharing.
How about enlarging it and using it as a pattern to make your own fabric version?
Love it!
You're a terrible woman, you are! I've just spent half an hour playing and watching those lovely things unfolding in front of my eyes. It's just wonderful! Thanks. :-)
You always find the cutest things! Thanks for doing all the browsing for me!
I saw this when I was on the Hermes website the other day and I think it's an adorable idea.

Jess- have you seen this quilt?
cute!
Isn't this the cutest little bag project? I can envision all sorts of uses for such a fun project.
Oh my , that's adorable! Now I can have the Hermes purse I've always wanted...
This has so many possibilities. Made of plain paper, yes, it would only hold a jellybean. But being a paper person and not a sewing person, I want to try this out with some stiff cardstock and customized drawings/paintings on the cover. Probably won't be something I can take to town everyday (and it probably won't hold my makeup bag), but it would be quite the convo piece at my university.
Anon, that quilt is great! Thanks for sharing. And Jennifer, thanks for the compliment. Wanna move to Chicago?

I made mine with coloured scrapbook paper. I enlarged it about 10%. It took about a half an hour to make it.
Wow, so cute!
