I love this! If you find something similar for illustrator, I'd love to know about it. I prefer working in illustrator to photoshop (photoshop drives me batty!).

Silly question--how do I get my logo on the layer that says "your logo here"? If I paste/drag/etc it's on its own layer and the effect doesn't work. Surely there's something simple I'm missing here.

Sarah, if I remember right, you need to double click that layer and it will open as its own document because it's a smart object. Paste your logo there.
