I have an Alice in Wonderland theme bridal shower coming up and I want to make these as favors for the guests...How are these made? Are they made with a Cricut machine?

Hi Marissa,
The link in the post goes to the tutorial and template, and states the type of cutter she used, and says you can also cut by hand.
