Yup, that's my tree skirt.
I was sure you were going to ask if that's your present.
Oh, guess what, Mum. You know the Christmas lights we spray painted silver to match our tree? The ones that took a year to dry? We tried to put them up last night but they don't work anymore. Argh! Have to paint a new set!

Yeah, gotta match the tree. They lasted four Christmases, so I guess that's not too awful.
