What a great idea! Thanks for the link.

The lazy way to do this is to color/draw/otherwise decorate the corners of an envelope and snip them off.

I bet the kids would like that craft! Instead of using a boring bookmark, they could create their own.

My next project with kids at school!

What?!? You're Japanese. How come you don't know this one? Aren't you born knowing how to make these? :)

Hi Jess,

I was wondering if you would be willing to share the name/brand of the paint color that is in your living room/family room? I saw it in your home tour and think it's the perfect color. If you could, will you email it to me at brittanylfox@gmail.com. Thanks!

Several days ago one of my students asked me "Are you an American?" so I answered
"No, I'm Japanese." He replied
"Why do you speak like an American then?" He has strong Indian accent and I speak American English. Maybe he is right and I'm an American, so that's the reason I don't know this Origami. :)

This one is not popular, I promise. Now my classroom has 6-7 Origami books which I stole from my architect brother's shelf, but none of them introduced this bookmark. I'm busy making Origami at school, because if I make one for a student, that student shows it everybody and I cannot say no to all the requests from each student.
