Haircut has been accomplished. | How About Orange

Haircut has been accomplished.

I'm sick of looking at my head on here, so if you want to see my new haircut, you have to click this link. Photo taken by yours truly in the bathroom mirror. I told the hair stylist she could do whatever she wanted, as long as it was fun and somewhat trendy. So of course, it's none of those below. I'm pretty sure I like it. See all that gray? Yikes, I'm 31. She's urging me to color it.

What I can see of it looks very cute!!! More pics, please! :-)

It's not gray, it's "frosted"! ;-)

Not responsible for the gray,
Mum

It turned out well...how daring to let the stylist just go at it!

Super cute!

It's not grey, it's Nordic Blonde. :)

Not grey. Your hair has definition and dimension.

Hey, it's nice!
I think it's the best haircut of yours! I love it.
And I enjoyed all the photos.
You are F-U-N-N-Y!:)

Looks great, and I love the color of your hair. Other people out there pay to have their hair highlighted and lowlighted to look like yours.

No, not gray. DD#1 insists it is called "silver." Besides, quilters pay extra money to get thread that changes colors. So, as a quilter, I say my hair is "variegated."

Thanks for admiring my, um, frosted, silver, nordic blonde locks. :)

Great cut! It looks wonderful on you. I'm not sure if dye is necessary. I dye mine but I like being a redhead better ^00^

OH! It looks GREAT! I really like it :)

and they "grey" doesn't need to be colored over!

Great cut! I think the gray might suit you a little. It's very pretty and uniform. It does look frosted!

Your hair is cute. I started coloring my hair around 30 due to gray hair. Really I had no choice I have really dark hair and the gray didn't hide. (sigh) I think your gray hair blends really well. Just beware that once you start to color your hair you can't stop. It isn't cheap.

Awesome cut! I'm getting my cut tomorrow ("and colored", she adds sheepishly). Nothing better than a fresh haircut.

Love the cut... looks totally cute :) Dont know that I would color it, and it looks pretty cool already, but maybe some fun bright highlights :) Then again, I started with highlights, and have not been back to my natural color since I was 18, oops.

Oh it looks great...love it. I've had gray since 16. But I have so much hair and it so dark, that it is just fun to get highlights twice a year to spice it up. You have blonde hair, so to me they light blonde highlights! :)

Love it! Thanks for letting us see! I had highlights for a while, and got fed up with the maintenance and cost. But it is like lots of things, no matter what others tell you, until you've tried yourself, you always wonder if you're missing something good.

I think it looks great! If it is any consolation, I have a cow lick on the right side of my forehead and the hair is white..completely white just in the cow lick! and I'm only 36!!

It looks awesome! Way to go Jess! Also, it looks versatile -- you could really get a lot of "looks" from it!

I think it does look hip and trendy. You are WAY braver than me....My hair has never been short short.

I have given carte blanche to the hairstylist a time or two before, and really liked the cut. I like yours too! Very sassy. Makes me want to take the plunge.
I am in my 30s and have white sideburns. Ick. At least your 'frosting' is uniform and all over. No worries.

very cute haircut! once you start coloring it's almost impossible to stop. hold off as long as you can!

I love that cut....really very chic!

Okay, I'm going to be the dissenter.

The cut's good, but it is time for color. If you have a good colorist, she can work it so that you don't even have to do allover color and so that your growout won't have that scary skunk look.

Sorry!

Ellner, thanks! I was seriously thinking about doing it, just to see... and the stylist assured me it wouldn't grow out leaving roots showing, so I'm tempted!

Cute haircut! If you do decide to color it, have you decided on a color? How about orange? ;)

Very funny :)

I bet it would color well... and it would really compliment your great hair cut... light a darker brown with red highlights...

keep it. it's adorable. the gray is perfect!

Very, very cute cut. More oomph than a bob - suits you. If you're lucky you'll be all silver soon, and there's nothing fresher/funkier than young skin with glorious silver hair. Rock the silver!

Lovely haircut, it really suits you! i'm 27 and suddenly got a lot of gray hair. Still getting used to it...

I love the grey. I think it looks hot. If people comment on it, tell them its highlights. Against the brown, they'll believe it.

Besides, when I was in high school, I wanted to dye by hair all silver. In other words, I wanted to be grey.

ooh I love the cut that you had done, it really suits you and your colour is great, lots of natural highlights :).
