Make some chai
A couple weekends ago we visited a friend at Yale and spent a day in New York City. After exhausting ourselves in Manhattan, we stopped at a Japanese tea house to rest, and I had an excellent glass of iced chai. Ever since then, I'd been dying to make some. So I tried this recipe: Verdict: loved it. (I doubled it but due to a shortage of ingredients, I didn't double the honey or cardamom. And I thought it was perfect.) I want to experiment with some others, too. Browse this site for more recipes.

Mmmmm, I love Chai... I will try this recipe, it sounds really tasty.
Thanks for sharing.
That is so weird. I was just on that exact site earlier this morning, looking up what kind of spices to cook with my oatmeal!
Which was really yummy, BTW.
This sounds so good!
Hi Jess, if you ever come to my side of the country come over to my place and we will have chai together :) I love chai and I make a good cup of chai.

i don't know if i love it, but i surely need it...
Hi Jess. I know that this post is way old but I've used the chai recipe a few times. Well, for some reason or another I never actually wrote the recipe down, I just always assumed it would be available. So my question to you is if there is any way you can help me get a hold of it again. I know there are tons of different ones floating around the internet, but I'd really like to keep at this one since it was the first one I ever made. I'd greatly appreciate the help!

Janie, I don't think it's elsewhere online, but if I find some time, I'll try to retype it for you and update this post with it.
Thank you, it would be much appreciated! =)

I'd also love the recipe! :-) So if you ever find it again ...
