Coming soon: more fabric

I'm excited to give you a sneak peek of my new fabric. Look what appeared in my mailbox while I was out of town: table strike-offs from the mill! (That's a fancy term for proofs so you can make sure the screens look good before printing thousands of yards.) You can expect this stuff to be available by the end of September over at JCaroline Creative. All of these are on home decorator-weight canvas again.

This collection is called Amusement Park. There's plenty of orangey goodness for all the orange fans who were denied last time.

This other mini collection contains two brown prints on natural canvas, and they have cool little flecks of cotton bits in them.

I'll let you know when they're available. In the meantime, I'm dreaming up projects.

I LOVE THEM! We're building a new house at the moment, and I'm in the process of picking out paint colors. I'm totally going to pick out a living room color to match these fabrics, so I can make throw pillows! Great job.

I do love sunflowers and fireworks! I think i'm going to renew my living room with these (I just hope that the shipping rates are a bit lower than before, since I don't live in the USA and are pretty expensive: i hate to pay more for shipping than for the actual stuff, sorry). By the way, your work is great and inspiring! :)

I love you blog and your designs. These fabrics are gorgeous- as were your last ones. I'm wondering if you plan to ever do anything with yellows? I'm dying to decorate my new home office with your designs- but need to match the color scheme. =)

Jessica Jones said...

It depends on how well these do. Maybe we can print in more colorways! I'd love to.

They're so cute, I love them!! Congrats!!

Hey, good effort! I prefer the brown flecky fabric versus the b/w in your first photo, so now I'm excited! Really simple stripes looks new and original too, which seems impossible to do, but you did it. Fun!

These are fun and I like the variety. I'll have to incorporate the use of my ribbon with some of the fabric perhaps.

Fireworks looks JUST like a fabric my mom made barbie dresses out of when I was a lass. And later, when I went through my headscarf phase, we made one with that fabric.

These are beautiful! I prefer the Modern Flora set for my own color preference, but those are so bright and cheerful!

Anonymous said...

Oh! Lovely! Just the color palate I've been looking for. I can't wait to make a quilt for our bedroom!

I love boardwalk and would like to upholster a chair in it - is the fabric appropriate for this type of use?

Unknown said...

LOVE the Calliope!

Love the boardwalk! Maybe I can make some new pillow covers with that.

Ros said...

Calliope! I want some!!!

Jessica Jones said...

Anonymous, yep, you can upholster with this stuff. To see some examples made from my last collection which was the same weight, click here. If you want a sample before ordering all the yardage you'll need, I believe JCaroline can send out swatches from their store. After it's printed, that is!
