Hop over to Image Zoo and download these patterned bookplates. You could print them on sticky label paper, trim them out, and include them with a set of children's books you give a kid. A girl kid, most likely, because they're kinda flowery.
I have two boys, I asked them... the three year old said "yeah... me wike that one..." and pointed to the top left hand corner, "wooks wike fowers" and the six year old likes all three but he says he would give the pinker ones to his friend Aea because they would make her happy. I think it is an excellent idea to add these as the tiny detail for a gift of books that would really make it special!
Gosh, these are so neat! Thank loads, Sally
