ReplyDeleteDo you know that I've tried buying this book after your post. Then I couldn't (my credit card wasn't accepted, don't ask me why). I sent the editor an email, and they told me they saw my tentative, and because it was their fault, they would send me the book for free !!! if I could tell them where did I hear about the book - then I give them your blog address
