My friend Lyla emailed me a picture of the baby booties she made with some of the ribbon I designed. Cute! Yet one more use for ribbon that I hadn't thought of. If you want to make some, it looks like she used
this free pattern here, and ordered the ribbon
here, from JCaroline Creative.
What a cute idea!
ReplyDeleteNot only cute, but very clever!
ReplyDeleteSOOO cute. I'm glad that friends are having babies in the next couple of months and I'm sure their mommies will swoon over these, and also that I already have a stash of your ever-so-cute ribbon, so I can get started right away.

ReplyDeleteThanks for being such a creative inspiration. There's an award for you over at my blog.
ReplyDeleteThose are so darling! I tried making some crochet baby shoes and they turned out all wonky and just not right. Perhaps I'd have better luck with my sewing machine! I love your fabric, by the way!!!
ReplyDeleteI love that baby shoe pattern. Adding the ribbon is a GREAT idea!
ReplyDeleteI have been wanting to try that pattern, but I never thought of it with ribbon. Those baby shoes are freakin' adorable! :)

ReplyDeleteOMG, these are so cute and so perfect for my little nephew...soon to arrive via stork. Thanks for sharing! :)
ReplyDeleteJessica, when I saw the peapod ribbon at Caroline's studio rumor has it I might have squealed. I think it is your cutest ribbon yet.
ReplyDeleteAwww, shucks. How's Book Club going these days? :)
ReplyDeleteBook Club is less boozy (due to Caroline's ill-timed health kick). We mostly talk about how Caroline is going to take over the world. That is top secret info. Shhhh!
ReplyDeleteLove your new designs, btw.
