Stop sending email. Start sending Official Communications.

Yesterday Barry sent me an Official Statement of Gratitude, which cracked me up. You all must immediately head over to the online Bureau of Communication and send out your own fill-in-the-blank correspondence. Choose from a variety of forms, including Unsolicited Feedback, Airing of Grievance, Formal Apology, and Acknowledgement of Occasion. Fantastic.

I am so wasting the next hour filling out forms.

If my math's correct, two readers have committed tangibly to wasting a total of of 6 hours. Assuming an average time of 1 hour each for each of the remaining people who have commented thus far, you have 7 more for a total of 13 hours. Then add in potential hours wasted at the rate of 1 hour each based on the average amount of readers you get, plus add in Debbie going to each of your posts, add 3505 hours. For a grand total of wasted time: 3525 hours, or 147 days.

I am so happy to have been able to contribute to so much wasted time. A public service, if you will.
