You'd love to spend 30 minutes of your life attempting to fold a mini tissue box for Kleenexes that dispense perfectly well from their original package, wouldn't you? I thought so. Follow along with this origami tissue box tutorial at Marigami Origami, designed by Paul Ee.
The 9.5" square of decorative paper I used makes a box that perfectly fits a Kleenex travel pack. For the record, I'm never doing this again.
Darned cute though, isn't it.
That is so cute! Your 'for the record' makes me aware it's going to be a pain, but I'll probably make one anyway. lol
ReplyDeleteIt would also be cute for dispensing a small ball of yarn or baker's twine.
ReplyDeleteYep, very cute indeed! Aww... won't you make one for me? If I said please??? Never mind. I don't really want one. :)

Oh, love this!
ReplyDeleteHow about I make my kids do this.
ReplyDeleteYeah, I think I'll torture myself and try to make one of these as well.
ReplyDeleteCute but I think I'm going to skip. Not only am I horrible at folding, I certainly don't have the patience for that! But thanks for sharing. Maybe someday...
ReplyDeleteSo adorable! Need one but must be for the little squat Kleenex box as my bathroom is tiny and oh so compact!
ReplyDeleteYou're hilarious Jessica! Even though it sounded like a frustrating project, it looks great :)

Very cute. I'll have to make one now.
ReplyDeleteAnd I absolutely love your pen! Where did you get it?
Office Max, several years go. It came in a set of three with different orange and white patterns. So cute!
ReplyDeleteLove it ! And please add a Pinterest button to this post :)
ReplyDeleteThere should be a little red "P" icon at the bottom. Is it working?
ReplyDeleteI just see g+1 1 but I'm on my phone so maybe I need to be on my laptop
