ReplyDeleteOh my God! And their site!? I want to make everything!
ReplyDeleteJust beautiful. What a find. Thank you for sharing it!
ReplyDeleteI was pretty excited, I'll admit. Look out come December. My Christmas tree might be getting some new duds...
ReplyDeleteI just saw these! I can NOT figure out how to make these for the life of me based on their directions : (... when I saw in my email inbox 'Make woven paper balls, and more!' I got really excited because what a coincidence! It turns out you posted the site I already saw, haha. You don't by any chance feel like making a video tutorial or better step by step directions, do you? Ha : )
ReplyDeleteI do not think I am smart enough to make these. They are too cool!
ReplyDeleteWow, they have some pretty amazing stuff on their site. I think I'll have to choose one of the simpler projects and try it.
ReplyDeleteSo simple and creative.
ReplyDeleteI am not the most crafty person with such delicate projects but I am inspired by this.
So, I am going to venture out, see what Vancouver holds for fabric choices.

And of course, I am going to look at orange options first.
Hannah, I'll keep it in mind! Or you could beg Lene and Anna to make a more detailed tutorial... they respond quickly to email, I learned, and are very helpful :)
ReplyDeleteJessica, thank you for sharing such wonderful blog resources. I appreciate your posts so much. (I finally found cardboard for making the iPad stand you highlighted a few weeks ago!). These beautiful numbers will be just the thing to get my Christmas crafting started.
ReplyDeleteI've just been over to their site and they make the most incredible things... however I'm not brave enough to try any as they look super tricky.
ReplyDeleteI like these. I've just tried to make the hot air balloon. It is so hard! Mine doesn't look like the one on the picture! ;)It was my first 3D weaving trial though. I may try again. I read afterwards that you must use paper clips to secure your weaving as you go. This must help a lot!
ReplyDeleteWOW!!!!! These are awesome!! I love the hot air balloons!
ReplyDeleteThanks for pointing out this site. Great combination with my silhouette if I ever get it out :)
ReplyDeleteWow! Love these! :)
ReplyDeleteThese are sooo cute! The bright colour combinations are so effective! It's amazing what can be made with a few pieces of paper!
ReplyDeleteSo cool!!!
ReplyDeleteI now have an overwhelming desire to festoon my home with paper hot air balloons! So cute! Thank you for this delightful project!
ReplyDeleteYou terrible person, you! How dare you find such an awesome site!! I've already got printouts for a sphere on my desk, so I can make sure I know what I'm doing before I do up one of those boxes. Too, too cool!
ReplyDeleteAnd really? I do mean Thank You! :)

Is there any way I can order one of these? I'll pay to make me one and ship it to me. I'm trying to put together a birthday surprise for my husband (hot air balloon ride) and this would be perfect to put in a box to let him know what I have planned. Please please let me know ASAP!!!! Thank you! (aestina10@yahoo.com)
ReplyDeleteWow! These balloons are amazing! I just found your site from a pin on Pinterest. Too bad you are Albuquerque, New Mexico right now. You would sell a ton of these at the International Balloon Fiesta which begins tomorrow, Oct 6, 2012. Thanks for the tutorial!
