Love the invite, but a tailgate party? I think it may be lost in translation for me, in the UK tailgating is where you drive too close to someone on the motorway, it's really annoying. But this invite looks like it's for something far more fun!
I agree with Kate at M. Care to explain what a tailgate party is? In Australia, it's illegal to tailgate- which is a driving term. Is this some type of illegal party? (*kidding*)

tailgate party is packing food (grilling brats, beans, beer etc) and eating in the parking lot before your sporting event -grid iron football.
Wikipedia even has a tailgating article....
