It's a 16 MB file, which is pretty big for a PDF download. It takes about 60 seconds on my fairly fast internet connection. Not sure what kind of connection you have. Sometimes a computer's estimate of download times changes by the second, so I'd give it a few minutes and see if the estimated time has changed as the file begins downloading. Go make yourself a snack and come back.
If you're still having trouble, I'd suggest contacting Lisa at U-handbag since it's her pattern and hosted on her site.
Dear Jess, I'm so sorry, good grief Thump to the head with my palm! It was something to do with my connection. (big duh,for the older lady, lol) Thank you for your help. I thank you again for the beautiful tutorials. The snack sounds perfect! I'm so sorry for any kind of worries I may have caused you. I will know from now on that I will have to wait a bit longer for the man with the chisel and tablet to catch up, ;) Best to you and yours on the Holiday. Elise x
