Guys, I've prepared a super quick questionnaire about this blog and your preferences. It's multiple choice and only requires you to use about seven brain cells. Would you mind weighing in with your thoughts? Click here to take the survey. Thanks much!
I'm taking the rest of the week off from blogging due to my parents' arrival tomorrow. We're spending a long weekend celebrating three birthdays, Easter, and their 40th wedding anniversary. It will be a spectacular extravaganza. Meaning, we will go out to eat at least once. And I think Grandma G wants to make homemade deodorant. Should be a good time.
Update: The survey hit the 1,000 response limit and is now closed. Thanks for your responses!
I did not know that you could make homemade deodorant!
ReplyDeleteI took the survey! Have fun on break...making deodorant. haha I hope you post about the process!
ReplyDeleteOk, I took the survey and hope it is of any help. But how do you make deodorant?? maybe sometime a tutorial on that? would be great.
ReplyDeleteHappy Easter and many greetings, Frieda
Have a great time with your family! Let us know how the deodorant turns out. I've been wanting to try making some. I took the survey. :)
ReplyDeleteI had to use 8 brain cells. Whew!
ReplyDeleteIf we only go out to eat once, YOU're doing the cooking the rest of the time!!
Wait'll you smell my armpits... you'll KNOW I need the good homemade stuff!!
It WILL be spectacular!! And I shall bring my sewing machine. I think.
Your ever-lovin' ol'...
Mum
(P.S. Did you notice how excited everybody is about DEODORANT?!?!)
Rock on you party animals! Have a wonderful family time!
ReplyDeleteI'm totally excited about the deodorant...I have so many allergies, including being allergic to the last one I tried. So if you like the one you're making, I'd love to know the recipe.
ReplyDeleteHope the rest of your visit is also fabulous!
Ditto on wanting to learn the homemade deodorant process! Is that part of the survey? Better go check....
ReplyDeletei read that deodorant actually makes you smell WORSE, so i'd love a home made recipe!!!
ReplyDeleteHmm... Won't let me take it! Guess it was just too darn popular!
ReplyDeleteSurvey closed? I missed out? Bummer.

Well...homemade deoderant! Is there anything you dont know?!! Can't wait for the tutorial. Have a great weekend with your family, and have a Safe and Happy Easter!
ReplyDeleteJess, I want to know what recipe you use for the deodorant if it turns out. This is on my list of things to make....right after the homemade dishwasher detergent!
ReplyDeleteHave a great Easter and time with the family!

I missed the survey, too. Have a great visit.
ReplyDeleteBummer, missed what must have been a super fun survey...
ReplyDeleteI didn't even know deodorant could be made at home. I suppose it makes sense, just never thought of trying... Have fun :)
Would love to know what the survey questions were, so we will await your statistical analysis! In the meantime, have a fantabulous weekend with your beloveds, and stay away from the computer!
ReplyDeleteUm, I flip to your blog every evening. You're telling me that ONE THOUSAND people arrived here before me??!!!
ReplyDeleteSheesh.
oh that is too funny!! Homemade deodorant... loving to learn how to make all things homemade, this I have to see.
ReplyDeleteWell, off to make homemade chocolate cream eggs. A easter treat as well as to consol my youngest whose dog just got run over. It's been a very emotional day around here, to say the least!!
Please enjoy your time with your family! Happy Anniversary to your parents and enjoy the birthday celebrations
Happy Birthday!
ReplyDeleteHappy Anniversary!
Happy Easter!
I missed the survey, though.
It's amazing that more than 1000 people are checking your website?!
You're going to need to share this deodorant making for sure!
ReplyDeleteYeah, there are around 10,000 visitors a day here.
ReplyDeleteThank for the nice wishes, everyone! By the end of the weekend, we will all have nice-smelling pitts.
You so have to blog about the homemade deoderant!!! That's hilarious :) Missed the survey, all full :(
ReplyDeleteHappy happy happy birthday. Much love going out to you! Hope your day is fantabulous and brings you lots and lots of smiles!
ReplyDeleteI also preferred for the "Survey". :-)
ReplyDeleteI wanted to help out too but in a day, you got your survey completed!
ReplyDeleteAnyway, I love your blog! =) Happy Easter!
I am laughing SO hard!
ReplyDeleteYour *spectacular extravaganza* of birthday celebrating, anniversary remembering, Easter reflecting, restaurant dining and deodorant making, sounds outstanding!
{So does Grandma G !}
Have a great (odorless) weekend. Enjoy your time off : )
I'm too late on the survey (dang it!) never-the-less, I want you to know your blog is my favorite. I think because #1 I LOVE orange too, #2, I am always pleasantly surprised by what you post and your's #3 is just an all around good and interesting blog!
ReplyDeleteHappy Easter to you and your family!
Why do you only allow 1000 survey responses? What if you have more subscribers than that and you didn't get the opinion of the majority?
ReplyDeleteGood question. Because the survey service, Survey Monkey, charges me a nickel for every response over 1,000. I get about 10,000 visitors a day. Let's be crazy and say 9,000 other people also took the survey. While I'd be grateful, that would cost me $450. I'll settle for 1,000 responses and extrapolate. :)
ReplyDeleteMissed the survey, love your blog!
