Newspaper flowers

I'm still on the newspaper kick. I picked out the parts with colored ads and made these flowers with instructions from the book Paper Flowers by Michael LaFosse. Found it at the library. These are made with two pages of newspaper glued together to make a thicker sheet.

There they are, adorning the newspaper basket.

  2. These are great! Would they work with wrapping paper too! They'd make great photo props. Thanks!

  3. I was so happy when you posted your basket because I had just made one too. Is that nerdy and junior high-ish or what? Anyhow, now with the flowers your kicks mine in the keister, hands down. Very, very cute.

  4. I liked the weaved basket plain...but now I LOVE THIS! I'm going to have to make my own. Might help me organize my desk at work and make it cuter all at the same time :)
