I'm always looking for easy treats to whip up for guests and just saw these chocolate-chip-cookie-dough-brownie squares. It's a
recipe from Betty Crocker, tried out and photographed by Bakerella
right here. I love brownies. I love chocolate chip cookies. I love easy recipes. Fantastic.

ReplyDeleteI have had these before and they are DIVINE!
ReplyDeleteThey look great. Love little bite sized pieces like that.
ReplyDeleteThese are DANGEROUSLY good!
ReplyDeleteI love Betty Crocker® Muffin Mix... but it's very difficult to buy them in my city... so, when I go to Madrid I buy lots of them in an American Shop...
ReplyDeleteA friend of mine makes the same recipe but instead of ganache she puts this gouey praline topping thats the bomb.
ReplyDeleteI wish I was eating that for breakfast instead of yogurt.
ReplyDeleteOh man. Why do I keep coming across great photos of treats this morning!!!!
ReplyDeleteI've done this recipe. It's such a favorite of my friends. My husband calls it a brookie (cross between a brownie and cookie). LOL. he's so silly.
ReplyDeleteSweet mercy, I need to try this ASAP!
ReplyDeletenice!! thanks for sharing! :) I look forward to trying it.
ReplyDeleteYou just made me SOOO hungry! I must go eat now!

These look great. I've seen a lot of good cookie dough/brownie mix variations lately. A good one used cookie dough as the bottom of a bar, topped with turtle brownies. Mmmm.
ReplyDeleteYou inspired me to try these... I have a party to go to tonight & had been trying to figure out what to bring! Thanks!
ReplyDeletethe best of both worlds-they look amazing! betty crocker is fantastic :)
ReplyDeletethis is why I love this blog.
ReplyDeleteMade these this last weekend! They are amazing! Who wudda thought?! ;)
ReplyDeleteThanks for the link! DH made them on Friday for a dinner party, and they were a huge HIT! Although, we tempered the chocolate overkill with some vanilla ice cream.
ReplyDeleteI've made these just recently too. They're really good, but be sure there's milk on hand and lots of it!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the tip!! Made these today. I used cookie dough out of the tube, since I had it in the house. I also didn't frost them, and thought they were still plenty sweet. Thanks again!!! Miss you Ms. Orange :)
ReplyDeleteI'm glad it worked! Miss you too, J.
