Thank you, Family Circle magazine

I was going to play it cool and pretend to be all jaded and professional-like, and not put this on my blog. But I'm too happy to resist. Look! A tiny picture of my fabric is in a magazine appearing in grocery check-out lanes and dentist's offices everywhere!

  12. I just stepped out of Spool (a fabric store in Philly), having purchased fabric to make a baby quilt. I got three steps away from the shop, and I see a UPS guy pushing a hand truck with a bolt of your Blue/Green Peapod. I immediately thought, "Damn, now I have to go back!" YOU ARE EVERYWHERE!!!!!!!!!
    Congratulations on Family Circle!

  45. Your designs are wickedly hot! It is designers/artisans like you that have inspired me to just go for it and do what I have always wanted which is design fabric...hoping to have some custom prints in our inn
but the process is quite daunting- your site keeps me inspired.

  55. You SHOULD be over the top happy about getting some ink! Maybe you could make a t-shirt that says, "If you think this t-shirt is cool, you should see what I can do with a computer!

You could loiter outside of your local Barnes and Noble passing out free autographed copies of the feature....that's what I would do if I were featured in a national publication.

Very exciting! Plus, there is no need to act like those movie stars who likely stay up all night refreshing their browsers and clicking through the channels to find out whether they were nominated for an Oscar and then they tell the press later that they were doing anything but hanging on the edge of their seat and dusting off their mantels.

  56. Oh yay for you!! That's so exciting!
