Lots of my head

Oh my gosh, Mymsie left a comment on the last post mentioning InStyle magazine's Hollywood Hair Makeover site, and I am enraptured! There are tons of celebrity hairdos to choose from. And you can color them to match your hair if you want. Awesome. Okay, I just got over being bashful about having my head on here. Look what you can do! Try it, try it!

Now, what kind of haircut to get? I'm liking Halle Berry, #6. Sharon Stone, #1, is a little too crazy. Maybe Cate Blanchette, #3, but in my real hair color? America Ferrera, #2, isn't bad. But then I'm back to ponytail syndrome. Hmmm.

    i can't believe everyone isn't saying this....#3 is without a doubt THE ONE (in your hair colour though). seriously, it totally flatters you!! even though i like short hair, i don't think the short ones (halle & sharon) suit you as well.

    but i do agree that #2 is nice.

    I like #2 and #8. I think they are flattering with your face and they are really very similiar cuts. One is longer than the other but the part that frames your face is very similiar. Cool website.

    # 8 is Katie Holmes. Actually I think that's the one that will work best with my hair type. I have a lot of it, and it wants to wave a little, but not in a good way. Once I asked a hair stylist to do something like #3, but she said it would be a lot of work because I'd have to use a straightening iron. And I tried super short hair a couple years ago like #6, but I ended up looking like a middle-aged corporate executive, instead of funky and fun. My hair appt. is today, so I think I'll just ask the stylist to do whatever she wants!

    Delurking to say that I think #3 looks best with your face shape (not in that color, though), although #8 is a close second. Good luck and happy haircutting!

    Awesome! I'll have to check it out (or the one before) to see if they have one for bald. I'm planning to shave it all off in March to help raise money to fight childhood cancer.

    I committed to it this summer, but I'm getting scared. I'm such a chicken!

    Maybe I shouldn't see what I look like bald; I'll just change my mind!

    I vote #3 or #8! The are similar - I suspect that #8 is what #3 looks like when you have thicker hair.

    UTAH girl again.....#1 for sure! I have short hair & love it! My husband thinks its sexy too! Sexy and fun! Great combo. You could pull it off! Best perk....so easy to do and bed head actually looks like you did it...lol!

    Don't be scared. Hair growns back if you don't like it. I lop mine off about every 5 years and start over. It's fun.
