Etsy is a go

News flash! There is now a How About Orange... etsy shop. So far it's just a few sets of thumbtacks and a package of coasters, but I hope to put in some paintings as soon as I figure out how to package them. Thanks to everyone for all your advice and encouragement!

  21. I love reading your blog and can't wait till you've got some of your vine paintings (hint, hint) on Etsy! Although, it looks like I'm gonna have to move fast, everything was snapped up pretty quickly today.

I just opened up an Etsy shop too, but frankly I spend more time browsing everybody else's stuff than managing my own space. Yay, Etsy!!!

  22. 5 items sold in your first day on Etsy?! Dang! That's awesome! If that doesn't answer your original question about whether or not you should have an Etsy shop, then I don't know what does.

And let me just say, as a fellow Etsy shop-owner, welcome to the neighborhood. You're gonna love it. :)

  23. Thanks, all! Emily, you cracked me up. Sophie, no orange filing cabinet. It's white. Sigh. Sometimes restraint is best. (But it WOULD be fun... :)

  24. If you're thinking of adding your paintings, drawings, etc for sale in your new shop, can I get first dibs?? (and a family discount? ha!)

    Love your stuff!! You're awesome!
