Test your design IQ




I'm a sucker for quizzes, and this one will tell you how design-savvy you are. (The focus is on design and architectural styles.) The quiz gave me a pep talk: "Rising Star: You really know your stuff, and should definitely consider pursuing your dream of becoming a designer!" Whew, that's a relief, since I've already got a degree.

    Sorry to tell you, but I got rising star as well and I don't know a thing about design. I guessed on every single question! I don't deserve Rising Star status. I am colour/design/decorator challenged on every level. But I love to knit!!! I enjoy your site. Orange was my favorite colour when I was little.

    *chuckles* I'm a Rising Star as well; it helped that they asked a lot of questions about my period of historical interest, though...

    Maybe I should change vocations! I could become a new Cass Gilbert!

    I think I'll add that to my resume - just tried out for a job with BHG.com. I think my design skills weren't in question, though - still, I think they'd be impressed that I didn't flunk that cake walk!

    Rising Star. It would be nice if they said if you 9 out of 10 or 10 out of 10. The only one I questioned myself on was the colonial one. But then again, I do have a design degree.
