Download designer Tour de France wallpapers

Raise your hand if you pay attention to the Tour de France. No? Me neither, though I do love chocolate croissants and I would enjoy a tour of France sometime. By car. The cycling race kicks off tomorrow, and in honor of the event, illustrator Eleanor Grosch has released a handful of free wallpapers for desktops, smart phones, and tablets. They're perfect for race fans, bike lovers, or modernist design aficionados. Download them here.

I think it's a good thing the wallpapers aren't chocolate croissants. ;)

Yeah, or I'd be downloading them and gobbling them up nonstop.

Ha! Exactly! Me, too! Hey, when you get to Cincinnati, find us a place that makes them, okay? I have this hankerin' now......

We found that the bag of frozen ones you can buy from Trader Joe's is awesome. You let them rise overnight and bake them in the morning. SO GOOD for something made at home by cheating! (Tried the Whole Foods brand too, but they're a lot more money and not as good.) But I will also make it my aim to find a bakery in Cincinnati! At a minimum, we will make the TJs for you.

Off topic, but this bag featuring one of your prints was on the front page of Etsy today. :) https://www.etsy.com/listing/107132582/mustard-teal-brown-white-autumn-fall?ref=fp_treasury_3

To tell you the truth, these would easily look great enlarged and painted on my daughter's wall. She's totally into cycling since we got the Rails to Trails program near our home. Thanks for the great pics! The bold shapes will translate well, even enlarged...ann they'll look great!

I think the Tour de France is even more famous abroad than in France :)
