More free fonts

Dafont.com is a site where you can download free fonts. They're categorized by style, and there are some interesting choices. Some are nice, and others are quite hideous. But you might find a nice display font for your next project. Black Jack is shown above.

What a great site! I LOVE fonts!! I have no artistic ability in the drawing realm and have always wanted to be able to do calligraphy; fonts help assuage that desire!

Same question as Kelli, how do I access these fonts? I know how to use them in Office but how can I access them through Blogger for my blog? Thanks!

Same question as Kelli..... By the way I would like to complement you on your blog. The content and ideas are always a enjoyable way to start my day. Seeing as how you are into interesting things you might like to go to my blog under pictures and look at Mosaic in Montreal which is a collection of 3D plant sculptures (huge) that was a world competition in 2003 and my partner was involved in.The address is http://ca.360.yahoo.com/cepage1ca and my email is cepage1ca@yahoo.ca Thank you Clyde.

Thanks for leaving the other links, guys. I'll check them out!

And as for how to use the fonts, click the link to dafont, and you'll see midway down the page: "How to install a font" in big type. Read that, and if you still have trouble, click the help link.

You won't be able to install them on your machine and then use them in blogger, because your blogger template only lets you use one of a few standard web typefaces (which you chose if you customized your template). To show Black Jack as I did here, you need to type it in Photoshop or another program, save it as a jpeg or png, and upload it to blogger as you would any picture.

Check out BLUE VERTIGO. I posted the site at http://studiosmith.blogspot.com/2007/06/blue-vertico-designer-resources.html

You'll love it. It's more of the same. If you like dafonts, you'll like abstractfonts.com.
